About Us

D’LORAH Industrial Services was founded by H. Fernando and his wife Paulette in October 2019 just before the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. H. Fernando is an Agronomist,  Marketer and Entrepreneur. Prior to the founding of D’LORAH he was a partner and director of  Carib Agro Distributors Jamaica in which he was a co-owner. 

In 2010 H. Fernando while actively participating in the operations of Carib Agro saw a major gap in the Jamaican  market for quality personal  protective equipment (PPE) with the utility that offers value for its customers. With that he founded the PPE department of Carib Agro. (In 2019 CAD scaled back on their PPE business aspect and D’Lorah was set up to fill the resulting gap and expand the range of PPE products offered.) 

Our mission is to offer solutions to our customers through partnership and consultation. Our logo which is built around the ant also reflects our ethos of team work and partnership with our customer.

The declaration of the pandemic in March 2020 placed the business on a rather bumpy road as many economies faltered worldwide impacting the ability of many businesses to operate normally, many failing as a result. This resulted in restricted rollout of our business.

 

Our core business is supplying solutions for the health and safety of our customers.

We were founded on the philosophy that our customers are best served when they are sold solutions for the problems that threaten their health and safety and our willingness to partner with them in finding what will best serve them. As each of our customers may have challenges that’s unique to them we offer options and will not stop until we find the best one that will solve their particular problem at a price that’s affordable.

We have access to thousands of solutions from our diverse range of international suppliers and will endeavour to find and deliver to you the satisfaction you deserve.
